Following her passion for Beauty, she decided to acquire some skills in the area of Nail Techniques and Makeup Artistry. Raising money to sponsor her through required trainings became tough but a thought dropped in her mind to Negotiate!

With the support of her husband and his field of career she was able to get trained without having to use money as a means of payment but Barter! She persuaded her husband to open a discussion with the owner of a Beauty studio in her area to run an advert for her Business on TV that will cover up the total amount of money she needed to pay for the trainings which the lady eventually agreed to, there, she acquired skills in Nail Artistry, pedicure/ manicure. Interestingly, she grabbed so fast, she was already perfecting her skills at home on family and friends during her 4th week in training.

After her 12weeks training, she got a space in a thriving Hair Salon as a Nail Technician and started making money daily. Balancing the home front with Omololu’s new business becomes tough but she adjusted to it with the support of her husband after all, the business was bringing in income to sustain the family. As she progressed in the Beauty business, most of her clients usually ask her for makeup service which she’s yet to acquire skill on.

Considering the high demand, Omololu decided to take her skills further by acquiring knowledge in Makeup Artistry believing that this will double her income and give her a better chance in the Beauty Business. Fortunately for her, a close family friend agreed to train her and get paid later when she started making money with the new skill, this time, the location was not close to her but she had no choice than to accept this challenge.

She usually help her boss to attend to customers who need Nail/ pedicure services so she can get some pay to take home and transport herself. Though, there are days that she will have to trek some long distance just to make sure she has something to take home to sustain her family with the hope that everything will be fine as soon as she add the Makeup line into her beauty business.
